They resolved multiple title issues that were the seller's responsibility. They obtained a discharge of an old mortgage for the seller and resolved a boundary line issue that the seller's attorney couldn't resolve. We both feel very fortunate to have worked with George and Kerry and their efforts resulted in us closing on time! We were very stressed and George and Kerry went above and beyond to help keep us sane. They are very knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions via email and telephone call. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This location is a very beautiful spot in the area, however the business end of the plaza seems to be struggling greatly. Dusty windows in a multitude of vacant spaces show the signs of the economic times the village is experiencing currently.
