- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My wife and I used George for the sale of our home and purchase of our new house. George and his assistant, Kerry, did an excellent job for us. They resolved multiple title issues that were the seller's responsibility. They obtained a discharge of an old mortgage for the seller and resolved a boundary line issue that the seller's attorney couldn't resolve. We both feel very fortunate to have worked with George and Kerry and their efforts resulted in us closing on time! We were very stressed and George and Kerry went above and beyond to help keep us sane. They are very knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions via email and telephone call.
